Florin Healthcare have been assigned to exclusively work with an established care provider to find a new Registered Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a small sized elderly care that provides nursing and residential care with dementia care for elderly residents.

This service is new to the group and has a lot of potential. With this home being new to the group, the new manager will have autonomy to run the home as they would like and a chance to implement their own management style.

Salary

Up to £55k per annum plus potential bonuses

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Registered Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
• You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
• Open to NON nurse applications also
