We are presently seeking qualified Physiotherapists and Osteopaths to join our clients clinic located in Chelsea.

Join a diverse team at our vibrant clinic situated in Chelsea, London. Here, you will provide specialized treatments tailored to clients alongside a team of seasoned Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors, and other Health & Fitness Practitioners. Our practitioners devise and implement therapies to enhance patients’ conditions, alleviate pain, and devise appropriate care plans. Moreover, they offer specialized advice and education to prevent injury and foster clients’ future health and well-being.

Job Title: MSK Physiotherapists and Osteopaths

Contract type: Full Time – Permanent

Hours per week: 30 to 40 (occasional evenings and Saturdays)

Role and Responsibilities of Physiotherapist / Osteopath:

  • Undertake professional responsibilities as a Chartered Physiotherapist/Osteopath, exercising high-level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical-reasoning skills to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, parents, carers, and referring parties to ensure continued and uninterrupted care.
  • Advise clients on optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment/devices, sleeping habits, stress management, and other factors promoting positive well-being and swift rehabilitation.
  • Actively attract returning and new client business to the clinic, including conducting corporate workshops as prepared by yourself and the partnerships manager.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in clinic standards and identify any risks to Clinic Lead and Manager.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information in a timely manner.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, including attending external conferences and events beneficial to personal professional growth.
  • Adhere to professional codes of conduct and ethics.
  • Collaborate with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team to develop services/products when necessary.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including some evening and weekend shifts.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy/Osteopathy or equivalent
  • HCPC registration (for Physiotherapists)
  • CSP/GOsC registration
  • Previous MSK experience in a private practice setting
  • Excellent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills for musculoskeletal conditions
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
  • Ability to develop and oversee Rehabilitation Training Plans
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Appropriate liability insurance and a clean DBS record
