We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Lead Dental Nurse at our Manchester City Centre practice offering a unique opportunity for professional growth within our dynamic team.

- Applicants must be experienced and GDC registered.
- Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and a team player.
- Previous experience as a lead is desirable.
- Previous Implant Nursing /Endo Nursing preferable
- Prefrable skills in Itero/Dexis Scanning and Sprint Ray Lab equipment
- 2 years post qualified is preferred
- Reliable, mature, punctual.
- Willing to learn, professional and hard working.
- Excellent can-do attitude and good people and communication skills.
- A positive work attitude, flexible and resilient personality
- Good IT skills and organisational skills.
- Good dental knowledge and team management.
- Ability to motivate teams.
- To mentor trainee nurses.
- Competent with dental practice compliance.
- HR skills, complaint handling skills.
- To work closely with the Practice Manager in clinical audits and progress reviews with trainee nurses.
- Good business acumen.
- able to motivate the team to achieve KPI
- Applicants must be experienced and GDC registered.

Salary to be discussed depending on experience.
Hours of work:
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Alternate Satrudays 8.30 - 6.00pm with a day off in the week
