Overview     
Compass Associates are proud to be working with an established, leading provider of community care services to recruit a Registered Service Manager to join them in their complex care branch in Newcastle. This service delivers bespoke packages of care for clients with complex needs and/or nursing requirements due to long term conditions (e.g. brain and/or spinal injuries) and associated complex needs.      
               
The Candidate                                      
My client is looking for a highly competent manager who can come in and hit the ground running and take this complex care service to the next level. They are looking for a strategic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic who can grow the business while maintaining excellent relationships with local authorities and commissioning bodies. The ideal candidate will need to be a creative and dynamic individual that has experience of bringing in new business within complex care. They must be highly proficient and be able to work autonomously to maintain high standards for care quality in the region. On the other hand, the successful candidate will be well-supported by the company which has established support services in quality, recruitment, and finance.         
   
Location     
This role is hybrid with the ability to work from home/Newcastle office but you will be expected to visit clients/packages around the Newcastle region.
