Pay rate: £11.44-£12ph Plus holiday pay

The Role

• Personalized Care: Assist with hygiene, continence, oral care, and provide reassurance.
• Medication Support: Manage medications for adherence and safety.
• Household Support: Help with meal prep, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Transition Support: Aid in transitioning home from hospital stays.
• Community Access: Safely facilitate appointments and activities.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor conditions and skin integrity, report changes promptly.

• Experience in Domiciliary/Home care (or related experience).
• Willing and eager to provide person-centred care.
• Good communication
