My client in Kirby, is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join its 60 bedded care home which specialises in Physical Disability and dementia clients. The home CQC is rated Outstanding overall. Senior Care Assistants in this role will be working with Single or couple en-suites, communal living areas including an activity Lounge and a relax room. Provided with large or separate and quiet dining rooms

Details for the Care Assistant Role

• Full time hours  36-48 per week
• 8am – 8pm - Split shifts available
• Progression for Care Assistants
• Senior Care Assistants will be helping the residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Senior Care Assistants will be Supporting residents with personal care and meal times
• Competitive Salary of £12.60 - £13.50 / £12.30 on weekends

About You as a Care Assistant;

• You will need excellent Communication Skills,
• Minimum requirement of an NVQ2 in health and social care.
• Imperative that our Senior Care Assistants are Kind and has passionate enthusiasm Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Care Assistant
• Care Certificate
• Medicine Administrated
• Experience With Care Plans
