Case Handler - Personal Injury
Full Time Permanent
This is a prime opportunity to join a new business venture with an experienced
and passionate team, involved within the medico-legal sector. The business has
experienced incredible growth since its inception.
The team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will
provide outstanding customer service to our clients. This role offers a lot of
freedom for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage your own personal injury caseload
To recruit expert witnesses to add on to our ever-growing panel.
To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well
as the claimants
Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and
hospitals
To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the
claimants
Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant
and fit for purpose
Scanning, filing and post duties
General office admin
Personal requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in an administrator role
Experience on the phone is essential
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
Experience in data input
GDPR awareness and best practice
Professional phone and email manner
Experience with Proclaim is highly desired but not essential
