Lead Nurse - RMN / RNLD 

Location: Roehampton

Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience 

Hours: Full Time 

Shifts: Full time - 37.5 hours

• An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse to work within a very welcoming, warm, and person-centred service that provide expert treatment for a range of mental health challenges, including treatment for depression as well as drug and alcohol addiction treatment. The service also offer inpatient mental health treatment for young people and outpatient support for individuals struggling with an eating disorder.

Are you...?
 

• Are you looking to progress in your Nursing career by developing your clinical leadership skills rather than leaving the ward and going into management?

• Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses (RMN or RNLD) on a relevant part of the NMC register, with specialist training in a relevant clinical skill such as DBT/CBT

• At least 3 years' experience working within multidisciplinary teams within relevant clinical settings

• A clinical leader who is confident working across organisational boundaries, and is experienced in leading  on service development projects

• An exceptional communicator who tailors your approach according to individual strengths and needs, and is adept at working with colleagues across different disciplines, and seniority and skill levels

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
