Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner

This full-time, permanent role comes with a salary of up to £42,000 per year. You'll be joining a dedicated team in the Theatre department, working 37.5 hours a week.
As a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, quality care for patients during their peri-operative phase of care.
- Supporting and coordinating the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Providing quality planned care for patients and ensuring all team members deliver the same.
- Leading in the delivery of patient care during a list or specified period of time.
- Ensuring that patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy.
- Contributing to quality improvement and promoting best evidence-based practice.
- Developing and enhancing your own skills and knowledge as well as those of others.
- Applying legislation, policies and procedures correctly.
As a Senior Anaesthetic Practitioner, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of up to £42,000.

- Be a registered practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Have a post-registration qualification in Anaesthetics
- Have completed an ENB 998 and/or mentorship course.
- Have completed an approved/recognised anaesthetic course.
- Have previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
- Have previous experience managing and leading a clinical team.
