Liquid Development Manager

Overview:

Are you a highly skilled and motivated liquid developer with a Batchelor's degree in chemistry or food science?

Do you have previous experience managing a team?

Have you got 5+ years of relevant project and research experience in the beverage industry and a proven record of managing and delivering technical projects from start to end?

Responsibilities:

• Creatively design and formulate products using analytical techniques on different liquids
• Seek out and test new ingredients and methods across different beverage categories
• Explore new ingredients and methods for advanced outputs while managing a team of developers
• Manage the product life cycle from start to end while updating key stake holders on project progress
• Deliver commercially viable liquid, identify pack solutions, co-packing options and put together a solid plan that can be executed on behalf of the client.
• Maintain governance and GMP standards while Prioritising health and safety in all work areas.
