We aim to enlist proficient and experienced temporary contractors in the Healthcare sector, specifically as Healthcare Assistants. To Join our team, you will contribute to delivering person-centred care within these homes, catering to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with Dementia. Role and Responsibilities:

• Uphold scrupulous adherence to ethical standards, legal regulations, and the ethical precepts governing the nursing profession.
• React adeptly to emergent situations, actively participating in emergency protocols, and delivering critical care when difficulties arise.
• Administer and maintain medication administration records (MAR charts) by ensuring the inclusion of precise and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining high standards of nursing care is always provided.
• Take charge and be the point of contact for all staff members on duty.
• Undertake all duties of a nurse in the home.
• Provide support to colleagues by assisting with various aspects of care.
• Make sure that safe care practices are adhered to.
• Use any mechanical and non-mechanical aids to help the residents when moving.
• Communicate with other colleagues to ensure smooth and safe practice in the home.
• Preserve sensitive information through the maintenance of strict confidentiality protocols.

Ideal Contractor:

• Must be hardworking and Honest.
• Must have a valid NMC pin.
• Must have adequate experience.
• Must hold a valid DBS.
