As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary starting from £70000, Plus KPI-based bonus of 10% and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy.

As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
• Manage and supervise care home staff effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain financial sustainability and manage the care home's budget.

The ideal Home Manager will have:
