As a Scrub Practitioner, you will:
  • Assist in the Theatre department, covering a flexible shift pattern.
  • Support surgical teams during procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Maintain a sterile environment.
  • Prepare and manage surgical equipment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in continuous professional development.

The ideal Scrub Practitioner will have:
  • Registration with NMC or HCPC.
  • 12 months experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience as a Scrub Practitioner (preferred).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Flexibility to cover various shifts.
